Account and sign-in help

For login, confirmation-email, password-reset, account-type, company, crew-seat, or role questions, contact support at appadmin@ledouxec.com.

Field tools and incorrect answers

If an AI answer, NEC reference, calculation, photo result, or troubleshooting step looks wrong or unsafe, stop work as appropriate, verify against the adopted code, plans/specifications, manufacturer instructions, employer procedures, and the AHJ, and report the issue through the app's Feedback tool.

Camera, photos, weather, and permissions

Camera, photo-library, and location access are optional and used only when you choose features that need them. You can change these permissions in your device settings.

Account deletion

Signed-in users can start permanent account deletion from Account & Subscription → Delete My Account. Users who no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in can start a deletion request from the public Account Deletion page. Some company/history cases require manual completion, normally within 7 days.
